Interface is searching for a hardworking and driven VoIP Services Coordinator to add to our great Service Delivery team in Earth City, Missouri. 

The ideal VoIP Services Coordinator has experience in telecommunications and is fast-paced, customer-focused and energetic.  The VoIP Services Coordinator will specialize in voice over IP circuit ordering, management, and delivery to our customer base.

VoIP Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Implement customer orders for VoIP/SIP telephone service via multiple 3rd party providers;
  • Work with various LEC's/CLECs to port customer telephone numbers to Interface Service;
  • Work with 3rd party providers to resolve LNP rejections;
  • Configure IP PBX Phone Systems for multiple customers across multiple vendor platforms;
  • Other duties as assigned by Management. 

Job Requirements

 VoIP Services Coordinator Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Knowledge of telecommunications networks, including SIP, VoIP, call handling
  • Knowledge of IP PBX Systems preferred, not required
  • Highly motivated, organized, with a drive to work with a sense of urgency
  • MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 0-2 Years of Call Center or Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with proven record of resolving customer concerns
  • Ability and drive to present a positive attitude and provide excellent service to our Customers
