Interface is currently seeking a talented Technical Production Specialist to join our team in Plano, Texas.   

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Technical Production Specialist will be responsible for the configuration, testing, and shipping of Cradlepoint 3G/4G Mobile Broadband Routers, Airtight/Mojo Wi-Fi Access Points, Cisco Small Business Analog Telephone Adapters, Cisco 800 series routers and equipment for new technologies and projects as needed. The Technical Production Specialist will also be responsible for requesting, recording, tracking, and follow-up of equipment for existing service and installation requests.

Job Requirements

Technical Production Specialist Requirements & Special Skills Needed 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers and peripherals
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Entry level knowledge of Cisco routers helpful but not required
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good organizational skills
  • Logical troubleshooting skills
