Interface Security Systems is currently seeking an Security Alarm Helpdesk Technician Agent for the FAST Team in our Earth City Secure Operations Center. Job Requirements

Security Alarm Helpdesk Technician Agent Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for fire, burglary card access and video systems.
  • Provide support for Field Technicians during installations and service calls.
  • Assist Field Technicians with programming, downloading and troubleshooting of equipment that is installed and supported.
  • Interact with personnel from a variety of internal departments and provide advice on a variety of systems functionalities and capabilities.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.

Security Alarm Helpdesk Technician Agent Qualifications

  • Prior Field Technician or Technical Support experience in the Security industry required.
  • Candidates must possess experience dealing with low-voltage installation and support.
  • Must be a motivated team player with the ability to multi-task.
  • Computer, typing, and data entry skills a must.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be dependable, analytical, accurate and detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working with multiple software applications.
