Interface is searching for a professional Receptionist to add to our talented Customer Service team for our corporate location in Earth City, Missouri.  


The Receptionist is the initial point of contact for the company and is responsible for responding to incoming calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner, which conveys a friendly, interested, and helpful atmosphere.  This person answers calls and routes them to appropriate departments and employees.  The Receptionist will perform administrative duties, and work closely with Interface Customer Service Representatives and other employees to ensure needed paperwork is processed in an efficient and timely manner.


  • Welcome visitors and employees by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
  • Answer initial inquiries and/or escalate them to the appropriate department. 
  • Assist other customer service team members.
  • Answer telephones and transfer them appropriately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist Customer Care team with cancellations, RMR reductions, bill-holds, credits, debits and other paperwork on a regular basis.
  • Ensure physical services are disconnected as needed.
  • Calculate balance of contract and process final invoices.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy appearance at the receptionist area.
  • Additional tasks/duties assigned by Management.  

Job Requirements


  • High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb communication skills are a must. 
  • Excellent attention to detail required.
  • Ability to multi-task is a must!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly motivated, organized and driven to work with a sense of urgency and resolve.
  • Consistently present a positive and upbeat attitude.
