Interface is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.  The Project Manager provides high-level project management and escalation support for key national accounts using managed network (IP) and/ or telecom services.  This role serves as the client-facing, day-to-day relationship manager for assigned accounts.  

Responsibilities of the Project Manager (National Accounts):

  • Have a superior focus on senior-level client relationship management for existing mid- and large-sized national accounts.

  • Primary interaction is with client’s Loss Prevention and IT departments and personnel.  Demonstrated experience and success interacting with IT departments is required.

  • Communicate directly with senior-level internal and external stakeholders, so verbal, written and in person communication skills must be at a high level.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for the majority of client communication and messaging.

  • Proactively nurture critical day-to-day management and oversee account support.

  • Lead special projects and task forces focused on new product rollout, improving operational effectiveness, and implementing best practices.

  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators regarding technical deployment and new installation projects.

  • Monitor status of client’s support tickets and coordinate with internal departments as needed to ensure issues are resolved in a fast and professional manner.

  • Serve as an escalation contact for both client and internal Interface management.

  • Understand all products and services provided by Interface Security Systems.

  • Proactively monitor and maintain customer status and satisfaction.

  • Lead Account Planning process to set quarterly and annual objectives for assigned accounts.

  • Oversee the maintenance and expansion of products and services.

  • Must be able to problem-solve across all departments to meet customer needs and requests.

Job Requirements

Project Manager (National Accounts) Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree 

  • Industry experience required in burglar/alarm systems, CCTV, telecommunications or data/broadband/IP services 

  • 2+ years' work experience in project management/project coordination

  • Construction/ Contract and Negotiations experience a plus, experience working closely with General Contractors

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, and extensive experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • High sense of urgency

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and formal presentation communications skills

  • Flexibility to operate well in a rapidly changing an often high-stress environment
