POSITION SUMMARY

This Project Coordinator will work on-site at the headquarters of one of our largest national accounts. The general objective of this employee is to act as a liaison and to ensure our customer’s expectations are met and exceeded.  This support role is an integral part of the Field Service Delivery Team.

PROJECT COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exist as the point of contact for the Customer along with internal and external resources regarding pending installations.
  • Schedule jobs utilizing both internal and external resources.
  • Gather necessary information from Sales, Customers, Third Parties and Project Managers to implement successful installations.
  • Order and track equipment orders for projects.
  • Post labor and close out jobs in Interface system of record.
  • Exist as the point of contact for subcontractors ensuring all Interface requirements are followed.
  • Create reports as directed by management.
  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and completion of jobs.

PROJECT COORDINATOR EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Project Coordination experience.
  • History of success with problem resolution.


PROJECT COORDINATOR SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Excellent and detailed communication and phone skills.
  • Strong relationship developer.  
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven record of resolving customer concerns.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized and possesses the drive to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel.
  • The ability and drive to present a positive attitude and provide excellent service to our Customers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with autonomy and a strong sense of duty and confidence.   
  • This is a remote position that reports to Management in our Corporate office, located in Earth City, Missouri.  The expectation is for this Project Coordinator to work at the on-site with this major customer, Monday through Friday: 8am-5pm.

The employee must frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds that could include company materials, files, and small equipment.  Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus in order to view reports, computer screen, forms and operating manuals.

Work is performed indoors in a fluorescent-lit workspace at the employer’s office.
