The Project Coordinator Manager will provide full-time onsite management for Project Coordinators. This position is also a liaison to the Fianance team and works closely with them. 


  • Successfully manage the day to day activities of the Project Coordinators’ team
  • Develop performance parameters for all Project Coordinators and routinely evaluate productivity and progress in achieving these goals.
  • Onboarding - interview, hire, and train personnel as needed
  • Help team to support the Project Managers as needed
  • Work in Progress - management and documentation
  • Posting of completed installations to meet monthly financial deadlines
  • Analysis & development of departmental workflows/processes within PMO guidelines
  • Job Costing analysis and reporting
  • Liaison to Finance Department
  • Point of contact for the Customer along with internal/external resources regarding pending installations.
  • Schedule jobs utilizing both internal and external resources.
  • Gather necessary information from Sales, Account Management, Customers, Third Parties and Project Managers to implement successful installations
  • Order and track equipment orders for projects.
  • Exist as the point of contact for subcontractors ensuring all Interface requirements are followed.
  • Create and distribute reports as directed by management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Previous Management/Supervisory experience (3-5 years)
  • Previous accounting, bookkeeping and customer service experience
  • Project Management/Coordination experience a plus


  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven record of resolving customer concerns.
  • Highly self motivated, detail oriented, organized, and possess the drive to work with a sense of urgency.
  • HIghly Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel.
  • The ability and drive to present a positive attitude and provide excellent service to our Customers.
