Interface is now recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our talented Customer Service Team!


The Opportunity Development Representative will work with Interface customers and other employees at the branch level to ensure that our customer’s expectations are exceeded.



Essential Functions/Duties

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.   • Assist in the development and execution of marketing/ selling techniques (e.g. follow-ups from events, direct mail / database -email) to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Research accounts, identify stakeholders, generate interest and develop accounts.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with a team of field sales representatives.
  • Establish a high level of rapport and trust with prospects.
  • Ensures that you participate and successfully complete all companywide mandates/training in a timely manner.
  • Abides by all policies and procedures.
  • Performs a myriad of tasks as required and/or assigned.
