Interface is currently seeking a Help Desk Reporting Analyst to join our Secure Managed Broadband team located in Earth City, MO.

Help Desk Reporting Analyst Job Responsibilities

  • Represent Interface Security Systems in a professional and positive manner in all situations
  • Analyze data to review trends and to build conclusions
  • Oversee customer service level metric reporting
  • Understand Customer SLA’s and reporting requirements
  • Present findings with the ability to translate the data into an understandable document
  • Successfully interact with internal departments
  • Perform ad hoc as necessary
  • Report and escalate to management on an as-needed basis
  • Accountable: Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

 Help Desk Reporting Analyst Minimum Qualifications

  • Analytical skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Strong mathematical skill
  • 1-2 years of professional business experience
  • 2 years’ experience analyzing, managing, and manipulating large data sets
  • Proficient in Excel and MS suite applications
  • Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and adapt to an evolving environment
  • Possess strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
