Interface is now recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our talented Customer Service Team!

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Customer Service Admin Representative will work directly with the customer facing CSR’s, our branches and the Account Management team to gather all necessary information to process discontinuances, credits, debits, RMR reductions, bill holds and check requests.   

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process all account adjustments forms.
  • Quickly and effectively work cases in our Admin queue to complete requested forms.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate information is being portrayed on all forms.
  • Assist management with special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE REPRESENTATIVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, organized and driven to work with a sense of urgency and resolve.
  • Consistently present a positive attitude and excellent customer service to our internal customers.
  • Navision and Manitou experience preferred.
  • Current employees must be in good standing to be considered for this, and all, positions.
