Interface Security Systems is seeking a talented Client Operations Specialist to join our talented team in Plano, Texas! 

Shifts Available: 

12pm to 9pm

1pm to 10pm

*Please note that training will take place for several weeks during standard business hours of 8am to 5pm.


Reporting to the Client Operations Manager, the Client Operations Specialist is responsible for all aspects associated with customers and their interaction with the Command Centers. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Most frequent duties in order of importance)

  • Punctuality and attendance at Interface Security’s office or other designated location and presence in the office during scheduled working hours. 
  • Customer service
  • Dealer/Customer/Site Procedures
  • Set-up Command Center monitoring accounts, initial set-up of A/R Billing accounts, designation of service branch and processing account number changes, new customer/dealer set-up, notifications of new accounts, database maintenance
  • Specialized assistance and service to other departments
  • Prepares written public correspondence, client concerns investigations, customer reports
  • Command Center Support
  • Evidence requests, mailings (CDS/PICS, etc.)
  • Technical support updates, phone calls from techs, clients, and inter-office, customer updates, sales/Marketing requests and updates
  • Creates and maintains customer portal logins.
  • Creation of customer files, filing and maintenance
  • Maintain faxing/printing/copying equipment, general organization of facilities, order and track supplies
  • Operates other office machines
  • Administrative staff work
  • After hours on-call
  • Operates personal computers and utilizes Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access and Word, and related software
  • Performs related functions as required

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge) 

High School Diploma                                        Security industry experience

Customer service experience                              Data Entry experience 

Ability to hold state licenses as required in order to perform essential functions of the job
