Interface is searching for a professional Administrative Assistant to join our talented office in Earth City, MO. 


The Saint Louis Branch Administrative Assistant will report to the Operations Manager and will assist and support the sales and operations department with all administrative duties required to exceed customer expectations.  The ideal candidate is professional with strong communication and keen attention to detail and precision.  


  • Coordinate and Schedule all Residential and small business installs.
  • Handle all Branch box sales. 
  • Create job packets for Installs. 
  • Ensure efficient flow of paperwork, reports.  
  • Work as a liaison between the Operations Manager and the Branch employees.  
  • Work as a liaison between the Home Office and the Branch.  
  • Audit paperwork for accuracy and content; Assist in keeping current job list accurate. 
  • Gather all required paperwork and information for closing tickets and send to brach closeouts. 
  • Provide support to sales representatives by generating sales agreements, proposals, work orders and presentations.  
  • Assist in other general Adminstrative duties that arise.  
  • Maximize office productivity through the use of Word and Excel.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.  

Job Requirements


  • High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb communication skills are a must. 
  • Excellent attention to detail required.
  • Ability to multi-task is a must!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly motivated, organized and driven to work with a sense of urgency and resolve.
  • Consistently present a positive and upbeat attitude.
