Interface Security Systems is currently seeking an Alarm System Account Programming Representative for our Earth City Secure Operations Center. Job Requirements

Alarm System Account Programming Representative Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for fire, burglary card access and video systems.
  • Provide support for Field Technicians during installations and service calls.
  • Assist Field Technicians with programming, downloading and troubleshooting of equipment that is installed and supported.
  • Interact with personnel from a variety of internal departments and provide advice on a variety of systems functionalities and capabilities.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.

Alarm System Account Programming Representative Qualifications

  • Prior Field Technician or Technical Support experience in the Security industry required.
  • Candidates must possess experience dealing with low-voltage installation and support.
  • Must be a motivated team player with the ability to multi-task.
  • Computer, typing, and data entry skills a must.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be dependable, analytical, accurate and detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working with multiple software applications.
